Heroes of Central Park

This interactive tour covers the many statues along Central Park South. In part, this tour will examine the interesting stories behind the statue subjects, how they got to be in Central Park and what elements where used to construct them.


The feature focus of this tour will be to discuss which elements of the statue the artist employed to convey the subject and how these tie into the design. Tour guests will be asked to participate in this tour helping evaluate the memorials and sharing their observations.
